Pros
Great employees, everybody there was easy to talk to and was always ready to help. Employees are none of your worries as long as you work hard and are a team player.
Cons
If you and the owner disagree on personal items. ie political or any other item,s personal in nature he will find a way to manipulate the system and get rid of you in such a way that you can't file for unemployment. If you choose to work for this organization please be aware of the owner. He may be nice to your face but he may be plotting against you behind your back.
