      Caring relationships among colleagues

      The worldload is breath taking .... don't expect anything rest time besides of two 10 mins law-required breaks ..... TAs almost work the whole time as long as the campus opens, no big breaks during the school years and summers....

      Teachers are very supportive and willing to help each other.

      Cons

      HR is very slow. The hiring process takes too long and the pay varies once you get hired.
