Pros

The people that you meet of course, because most have the same views as you do about the company. Also the company supports Cystic Fibrosis, and sponsors a family which is wonderful.

Cons

The biggest downside is the level of disrespect and sexist behavior that is dished out from management. If you are a woman be prepared to be treated as if you are beneath everyone else, unless you are a beauty queen then you get wine and dined for a month, and have a party thrown for you while others can barely get what they deserve. Upper management acts as if they are afraid of the owner, but on the other hand use him as an excuse at every occasion possible. A lot of the people in higher positions are men, and female managers get treated as if they have no say so, and are a joke, and get laughed at by their superiors. Field Operations Managers come from competitors like Xerox, or Ricoh because they can get a higher salary, and better benefits then someone who has worked for the company for 5+ years.

This is the only company I have ever worked at where I felt seen and supported, not just with words but actions.

Cons

The only con is the healthcare is expensive

Pros

Excellent facility to work at, beautiful suburban campus. This just happened to be the case; IST had no control over that feature.

Cons

I was warmly welcomed aboard though I had little direct experience. The company and I both considered myself overeducated and overqualified. for the job, but I was winding down a long career and looking for something uncomplicated. I was promised direct supervisor training weekly, but received almost none. Company leadership seemed distracted, and feedback eventually included veiled threats of dismissal without clear explanation. No proactive leadership per se. The customer was very cold from day 1 and obviously did not want me on the job. Very little company support for me or my team, only disciplinary measures.
