Pros
The upper management does jrs best to be informative and helpful and will answer questions. Site experience can vary depending on the expectations of the site, but you are given tools to help you adapt, and are given training. They are forgiving on late arrivals as long as you commit to the tasks at hand. There is a measure of flexibility in protocol, but theres also consistency in expectation. Nothing in expectations is unachievable or exceedingly difficult, though skme things require methodical care and attention to perform correctly. Disputes between team members are handled reasonably and with minimal bias in my experience
Cons
Hourly rate could be a little bit nicer Depending on the indivdual sites which vary you may have to stay extra hours on rare occasions. There can be high pressure operations.
