      Pros

      Easy work for those that can work a computer, lift 60+pounds, or work with tools. In depth knowledge on assets from supervisors and other coworkers. Small company so everyone knows who you are.

      Cons

      Family and friends come first,(even if you are a good employee). Consistent slowdown and very high turnover/layoffs. Raises are dependent on too many factors and seem inconsistent.

      Pros

      Nice ppl n good food. U can always come in n ask the big boss things. Every one noes each other making it a family type of environment. I wud deffo like to work here again in the future

      Cons

      Veey hierarchial n top down structure. It is a Very burocratical way of dealing wid ppl. They are efficient in paperwork but it loses quality points
