Pros

Now that I have been out of this company for 2 years I can honestly say that the only pro you will encounter is if you are desperate for your first job. Your next job will be better because almost every job will be better than working here.

Cons

Management micromanages and sends passive aggressive messages to you when you make tiny and insignificant mistakes. They frequently had me do tasks that were outside my position and acted like it was my job. It was not and they were taking advantage of me. I wasn't getting paid to do what they requested. The pay for a paralegal was terrible and the benefits (despite them saying they were good) were terrible. It is really not worth all the drama this office brings for the one day that you can work from home. I got a new job and the first thing I noticed was how much energy I have now that I am out of ISO. Passive aggressive environments are exhausting. I also want to add that my manager was calling and texting me to try to get me to work on a day that I took PTO. I was getting paid in the 30's so I can't even say I was being compensated for that annoyance. You don't get a day off at this company. This is an office that hires straight out of college and does not expect to keep their employees so they underpay them. People have been quitting a ton and they are always understaffed somewhere because they can't keep their employees. Everyone is asked to carry a heavy load for very little pay. They act like it is every office environment because most of the employees don't know any better but it's not. It is a terrible company to work for.

Pros

As an entry level hire I've been incredibly lucky to have been selected to join the ISO family. I just completed my first summer at ISO and it was an easy transition after graduating college. Everybody has been extremely welcoming and accommodating to any of my needs, I consider myself lucky to be apart of my team. My direct manager has been extremely supportive and has already taught me a lot about this field. Not only has he explained my role and pushed me to achieve goals, he's also helped me along the way. There is always an open door if I need help or if I have an idea on how to approve a situation. I've personally worked on projects with the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company and they have never given the impression that they are better than me in any way. They are extremely down to earth and treat me like a well respected colleague. They inspire employees to work hard and motivate them to think outside of the box. I've never received that feeling from upper level management at other companies I've worked at. This company is growing rapidly and the potential in endless.

Cons

At the moment I don' have any cons about ISO. If you have drive and a great work ethic you will absolutely shine at this company.
