He and the wider leadership team foster a collaborative and supportive management style. There is a really lovely vibe in the office. We celebrate wins as a group and our CEO and investors are committed to everybody in the business benefiting from our success, regardless of their seniority or their role. The office is located on the leafy campus of the University of Sussex, just outside of Brighton, with lots of parking available and terrific sports and leisure facilities close by.
Cons
As the office is within the Sussex Innovation Centre at the University of Sussex it’s not in central Brighton but it’s accessible via public transport and very easy to get to if you have a car.
