Nice colleagues. Strong company culture and foundation. Senior employees have worked for the company for years and they understand business and product very well, they are also very keen to help. Small power distance. Even regular employees can talk to the CEO during the annual visit. Good work/life balance. Attractive hybrid model. Good office location (in Sofia), close to the metro and tram station. Almost in the city center. Clear internal policies. Bureaucracy is not a big problem here. Accurate and solid interview and onboarding process. It is possible to get promoted within the company. The policy of internal first is not just a fancy cliche. It is a good place to have a long-term position.
Cons
Additional benefits are low (super low food vouchers, the lack of integration trips or events outside an office, an employee has to fully cover benefit card if she/he wants to participate). After a while tasks seem to be repetitive. It is possible to get a promotion but it is necessary to wait quite long at one position. Additionally, payrises are not high and in general salaries could be better.
