      If you are foreigner who would like to have a start in Japan as fresh grad, it's a good company to start with. They are relatively easy to enter as foreigner and have training for new employee.

      Very little prospect for salary increase and promotion

      Cons

      No appraisal meeting - no hike. Sometimes they will decrease your salary if you won’t attain desired grade
