Pros
Isf has a great culture led by a very good president. There are good people in a lot of areas of the company. Very smart but do not necessarily have good educational credentials which leaves them behind in the consulting practices
Cons
Leadership, the ceo is as bad as they come. I experienced politics and gossip. I did everything to stay out of the way but I got dragged into by my own boss? I guess if I had one. This is what I mean. For a consulting practice they are very bad at their own organizations hierarchy and where people fit in
