We’re pleased to have a range of engineering teams across the IRIS family working on different products within our accountancy, educations, and HCM divisions, and as we continue to grow globally, have welcomed engineering talent across a range of locations in the Americas, India and Romania. We’re delighted to have welcomed over 130 IRISians to the engineering family in the last 12 months, joining our now 580 strong engineering function. We’re proud to have recently celebrated many long service awards in our engineering teams, with 60 engineers celebrating 15 to 38 years at IRIS, and champion internal mobility with 88 promotions and positive moves seen in the last 12 months for our engineering function.
We’re also proud to say that for many years now IRIS has had a consistent and clear strategy that we frequently communicate about and share our plans for achieving success in our monthly Company Updates delivered by our Executive team and in weekly emails from our senior leadership team. We also ask all senior leaders to set departmental goals for each function and for managers to set individual or team quarterly objectives so that everyone has pre-agreed and measurable targets to work towards.
