Employee feedback is always important to us, and we encourage all of our employees to share with us their great feedback in our monthly engagement survey Peakon. We are continuing to increase the engagement and are so pleased that employees have scored us 9 out of 10 on ‘Caring’ and ‘Openness’ within Management Support, putting us above our true benchmark and in the top 25% of technology companies.
Our managers and leadership teams are heavily invested in the success of IRIS and every individual. We’re delighted to support our managers with dedicated leadership pathways so that they have the skills needed to motivate, develop and inspire their teams. We run 5 varying levels of leadership courses to suit the needs of all our IRISians, from those looking to get into management all the way to our most senior leaders.
