We’re pleased to have almost 300 employees in our global Sales department and have a lower turnover rate than average across the UK and US. To help give all IRIS managers the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams we created our dedicated leadership pathways, open to all levels of management to provide ongoing support to unlock our managers potential and ensure they’re performing at their best. We’re delighted that through Peakon, our employee voice platform, our Sales team have scored us 9.1 out of 10 on Caring Management Support and 9.2 on Equality.
