We’re delighted that our employees score us at 8.6 out of 10 on Peakon for Learning and at 9 out of 10 for caring manager support.
We appreciate your feedback on internal mobility opportunities and are excited to work on increasing lateral moves in the business. We have passed this feedback onto our local HR team in India. We’re also looking for new and innovative ways of working and improving our software. We encourage all employees to share their fantastic ideas or insights into technologies IRIS currently doesn’t leverage with their manager to see if this is something that could benefit IRIS in the long-term.
