Salary - Not Competitive - Staff use it stepping stone Far Too Many Leavers Staff Joining then moving on Senior managers should not be roles - in experience All Roles are going to India/Romania IRIS keeps thinking about making money in the USA, but they have now lost focus in other countries such as the UK markets. Internal relationships being had within departments affect performances and staff leaving Team leaders manage the managers however the managers do not manage the team - this happening in a few departments Toxic behaviours of staff members Too Many politics

We’re super proud to have our headquarters in the UK, where we’ve grown our UK employee base from 900 to 1,900 in 4 years, and have a large presence in the US and Canada. We are also super proud to have our Centres of Excellence in India and Romania as they are a part of the #1RIS family and integral to the improvements and key initiatives delivered for our customers. This includes areas such improving time coverage, business continuity and a talent pool where skills have not always been available on the UK. It has also enabled us to continue to invest in our people with initiatives such as career progression for our Customer Service teams. We’re also proud to operate a total reward package at IRIS, including extensive and tailorable benefits, bonus schemes for all, increased holiday entitlement, pay scales and commission in select departments, and fantastic opportunities for recognition, training, and career growth. Our companywide annual salary review process uses external benchmarking data to ensure consistency and fairness in assigning increases and to ensure we’re paying the market rate. We work together with Heads of Function and Senior Management to assign consistent increases using best practises and standardised rules, and our managers receive extensive training on how salaries are decided. We also operate pay scales in select department, which enables our employees to grow their salaries as their skills develop, which are reviewed in line with the cost of living each year. We’re delighted to invest in our managers with dedicated leadership pathways so that they have the skills needed to motivate, develop and inspire their teams. We run 5 varying levels of leadership courses to suit the needs of all our IRISians, from those looking to get into management all the way to our most senior leaders. These are highly sought after courses and we’ve added additional training sessions so that everyone can join and make an #IMPACT. Pros

I have been with Iris for approximately 5 months and have been incredibly impressed. The people I work with from my peers, leadership (including executive leadership) and my team, are amazing. Building relationships has been easy as most of the employees are open to it, are very collaborative and genuinely want to help! Iris is also focused on equality and ensure we all have a fair opportunity for growth. While we have a lot to do here, it is clear that we are valued.

Cons

As a rapidly growing organization, we have some growing pains and some foundational processes, systems and flow that need to be updated and/or adjusted, but nothing that won't be fixed over time.
