Our dedicated Americas leadership team ensures that we’re driving focus in the region and runs regular all-hands townhall calls, in addition to invitations to all company communication, to regularly update our colleagues in the Americas on our latest updates and achievements in the US and Canada. We’re proud to have been certified as a Great Place to Work® in the U.S. and Canada last year, building on 4 years of being Great Place To Work® certified in the UK.
At IRIS, we highly prioritise giving all managers the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams, which is why we created our dedicated leadership pathways to do just that, as well as providing managers at every level with the tools and development they need to ensure they’re performing at their best. We’re delighted that on Peakon, our monthly employee survey, the vast majority of our managers score above the benchmark on employee engagement, and those not performing receive dedicated coaching, training and support to genuinely improve the engagement of their teams. We wholeheartedly encourage our employees to leave honest and constructive feedback for their manager so that they can understand how they're doing and be the best manager they can be to their team.
