Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted that you recognise our fantastic teams who champion inclusion, build our #1RIS culture, and continue to #MakeItHappen. We are delighted to offer a range of flexible working patterns for our employees and operate a range of diversity initiatives and support groups. For example, we are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer, meaning we actively encourage people with disabilities to apply for opportunities at IRIS and support them when they do. To support our employees with dyslexia or other reading difficulties, we have launched a read and write software called Texthelp, which provides employees with the tools they need to support them with everyday literacy in the workplace. We are also proud to have partnered with Auticon, an international IT consultancy that specialises in supporting consultants on the autistic spectrum, to hire a neurodivergent employee to work on one of our software development projects. Not only did this provide an opportunity for that individual, but it was a great opportunity for the team to work with neurodiverse colleagues and share in their successes together.
As you have a clear #Passion for inclusion, we would like to encourage you to join our Belonging Group, which consists of employee representatives who meet regularly to discuss diversity initiatives and share experiences. Each sessions covers a different topic, previous topics include Black History Month, Windrush Day, National Inclusion Week and how IRIS can get involved, celebrations for Pride month, breastfeeding at work, and supporting neurodivergent employees.
