We are proud to have been officially certified as a Great Place to Work™ for the second year running, which is based upon scoring highly in an anonymous employee survey conducted by a third party. We are proud to have scored extremely highly on statements concerning fairness of treatment regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, and age, and making all employees feel welcome. We are also delighted to offer a variety of training and development programmes to enable people to advance their careers here at IRIS. Since January of last year, we were delighted to have hired 265 new employees and offered 467 promotions, role change, secondments, and permanent contracts, provided a variety of free training courses, and supported 300+ nominees through our High Potential Programme. We appreciate that we are a fast paced and ambitious organisation, and do our upmost to communicate our plans and priorities, asking staff for their input and feedback to organise our workloads effectively. We’re really proud of our 40 years of uninterrupted growth that allows us to invest in our employees’ futures.
