We have an extremely strong record of promoting diversity and inclusion – we are extremely proud of our CEO Elona who talks openly about the challenges of being a mum and a CEO, a variety of family friendly policies including enhanced maternity and paternity pay, our Women into Leadership Programme, and our Belonging Group who meet regularly to discuss a range of topics and share their experiences. We are delighted that our employees recognise this commitment, for example, in our latest Great Place to Work survey (which was completely anonymous and conducted by a third party consultancy) our employees rated the fair treatment of staff regardless of gender, race, age and sexuality extremely highly.
