We pride ourselves on hiring those that align with our IMPACT values, and we’re glad this comes across within our teams and throughout the wider business.
We have indeed launched some great initiatives in the recent months, including the Made in IRIS CEO Award. This award gives the opportunity for our employees to put their business-savvy skills to use to put together a proposal for a business idea. The winning idea will then receive funding to make their dream a reality. Other internal initiatives such as the High Potential Programme have also been implemented to give our employees opportunities to progress and develop their careers with us. We also look forward to the relaunch of IRIS TV when we eventually return to offices.
We understand that IRIS is a very fast-moving business and thus our employees work very hard to ensure our customers get a fantastic service every time, and to make sure IRIS is able to keep up with the industry and offer the very best products. We make sure our employees have plenty of support from management, and via our MyIRIS Benefits page, where they can access financial, mental and physical wellbeing resources. We make sure to encourage a healthy work-life balance and we have a variety of different reward and recognition schemes, such as IMPACT awards, Top Talent, Thank You Thursdays and IRIS Heroes.
