Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted you recognise the efforts IRIS has made to keep everyone connected while working from home. We encourage our employees to stay in touch and get involved in daily catch ups, Workplace Support Groups, social lunchtimes and using Giving Back Days to help their local communities.
We also offer a range of benefits to boost our employee’s mental, physical and financial wellbeing, and our employees can pick and choose which benefits they would like to receive. We’re also very proud to offer recognition for hard work in our High Potential and Top Talent programmes, training and development courses, Thank You Thursdays, IMPACT awards and IRIS Heroes. We also offer mentoring and secondment opportunities and apprenticeship funding for those wanting to take the next step in their careers with us!
We appreciate that life has changed a lot in the past year, and with everyone working from home it has been difficult to adapt and ensure we stay connected. As mentioned above, we encourage our employees to join our range of virtual events and catch ups to keep in touch with their colleagues.
