Engagement and support from upper management is something that’s really important to us, and all our leaders operate an open door policy where they welcome opportunities to support their teams, get feedback and answer questions, encourage all managers to run regular one to one sessions and hold our Year in Review process so employees get the support and developmental opportunities they need. We know IRIS can be a busy place to work, and we are proud to offer extensive employee wellbeing support for all our employees, including a weekly remote workplace support group, free counselling sessions, a dedicated wellbeing app, company funded private healthcare with dedicated mental health services included, and resources for physical and financial wellbeing.
