Pros
Extremely talented workforce (including 1st level management).
Cons
Upper management are horrific, they have completely checked out after the business has been sold and they have made money from their shares. One senior manager always mentions his 'Psychology Degree' is response to constructive discussions, has no idea how to run a department and has very very little sales experience (and was never a top performer). Higher up the tree, a great deal of effort is made to cover up activity which is dubious at best. The department have lost 70% of staff and is massively in the decline, losing extremely talented staff as a result Training for new starters is horrific and scare tactics are used in probation as well as micro-management throughout the company - even the most experienced top performer is micro-managed - which is a detriment to their success. The company pretends that its values are fantastic and upheld, but actually it is just a farce
