Pros
Intensely demanding environment allows for advancement, albeit slowly. Good people to work with and fun extra activities. Technologically advanced atmosphere.
Cons
Balance gets lost in the daily rush to complete assignments. Focus on client needs also gets lost in the tight timelines. Although the flexible schedules can be nice, it can also mean that the company's needs take precedence and work can expand into 24 hour availability.
