      Pros

      its good startup company to learn new technologies in software development field.

      Cons

      The culture is not real. Most people that are in that organization do not like it. They have events for people to learn about how to create a great culture and they are a prime example of what does not work. Their employee retention is terrible and if people could find jobs they would leave but a lot of them are stuck. It's really sad.
