Don't bother to join if you dont have skills to butter your manager and management. People here grow based on how many times they set f2f meeting with manager/director in a day (Specially in Development center). No projects, few which are running have no /limited ability to get ROI. Hike is a myth here.. Onsite opportunities !! what is it ? :) I saw those travelling who don't even know the ABCD of the project. Not sure what they travel for (May be they are bored at one place ) :) . If you are expecting to have a challenging carrier here than please stay away , its not for people who look forward to grow in their life however this is a FANTASTIC place for those who dont wanna do anything in life except for talking in meetings. Don't even have it as a second choice
