      - very large organization - always a lot of work (stability) - co-workers are great

      Cons

      - reorg to frequent - changed multiple teams within 2 years - new managers don't understand how you work - not a lot of promotion opportunities

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
