Less Transparency in Growth opportunity. If you join in position X prepare yourself to be in same position for long time. As you wouldn't know where to go what would be your next growth opportunity. Salary hike is in medium single digit % . Appraisal is not data driven. Mostly organisation is people driven not process driven
