Cons
Everything about my position, department and IQVIA in general was like a parody of a workplace. The job I was hired for was nothing like it was sold as. Mediocre middle managers for miles, and no idea what any of them actually do. The people in charge were clueless, yet someone were completely closed off to any suggestions or constructive criticism. Also very quick to throw you under the bus for their mistakes/mismanagement. Sadly the place is too big to fail. Besides being a toxic workplace, the products ("technology solutions") and clinical research services ("trainings") are laughably awful. Just read some reviews for their Study Hub app! I am not traditionally a person who cries over (or at) work, but IQVIA left me in tears multiple times within my first 2 months. I got out real quick after that.
