Pros

Work flexibility, good pay, stable company, good benefits.

Cons

Bios is not good for foreigners. Bad managers who hates foreigners. You will be passed for promotions just because English isn't your first language. Managers will do anything to promote those they go lunch with. if a manager hates you, you will be put in projects that you will not have any lead responsibilities just to derail your promotions and have you quit. The company has tuition benefits but in this department, they will make sure you will not go back to school. They will only allow you one class and even with that, your manager will give you low rating at annual performance review so you stop school by not meeting job expectations. You will not be compensated for tuition if that happens. I saw a guy who was not promoted because he was Chinese and didn't talk much. The guy left the company and came back but to a different department that allowed him to even further his education. I have seen the cute single ladies promoted faster too. The work load is just killing. Some department are good but not this one. They have a mentoring program that some staff do not even know it existed. Those who deserve mentors do not even have because their managers are not interested in them at all. You will ask for a project to lead but you will never get it at the same time they want you to show leadership.

Pros

The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

Cons

It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
