Merger has killed this once great company - Anonymous employee IQVIA Employee Review

Post merger management stinks! They have slashed all the things that used to Make this a great place to work. I just made my first trip to get medicine after our benefits were slashed and what used to cost me $30 cost me over $200. Many of the perks, and local sponsorship are now gone. Company is performing well to the street, the employees see none of that. People leave and getting backfills approved takes months if they are approved at all. This put extra strain o the employees that are still there.
