      Pros

      Nothing that’s not industry standard quite frankly. Sufficient PTO/Sick time, WFH, company covers dental and vision completely. A lot of good CRAs at the company.

      Cons

      You’re just a number. They assign you it on day one and that’s really it. They’re so metric driven and don’t care about the CRA. The line managers are pretty useless as most of the good ones leave. If you dare miss a metric everyone is down your throat.

      Resources and access to good studies to be successful in research, immediate PTO benefits, 401k match.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities/compensation - besides the annual merit raises of <3 percent I haven’t gotten a raise in 5 years.

      The layoffs were handled quietly and unexpectedly, even though there were some early signs. They didn’t share who else was affected, but it was clearly more than just me.

      Cons

      They’re doing layoffs in phases, and my position was part of the most recent round.
