On the rare occasion you get to work there is the incentive of travel.
Cons
Prepare to starve if you work here because the indifferent company has no feelings whatsoever about suspending your livelihood at a whim with no advance notice. You could spend years here like this despite putting forward your constant best effort with not so much as a whisper of career development or advancement, and a management who assuredly does not even know your name or whether you have a pulse or not. At least an unloved dog gets kicked.
