      -Depending on your manager, you could get someone awful -Prioritizes profit over all else, especially caring for employees in any meaningful way -Low wages -No opportunity for growth -Constant downplaying of bad conditions -Pressure to go above and beyond with no benefits beside the occasional free food after especially bad weeks

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
