Pros

IQVIA is always improving the technology that runs it large data based tools that support their customers.

Cons

Training is generally always the responsibility of each employee. There is no concerted effort to train staff on tools which can lead to obsolescence. I have seen entire teams let go with no effort to retrain or even assign to other tasks. They prefer to hire the knowledge.

The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

Cons

It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
