Pros

Salary is fair. Diverse and expanding portfolio. Many friendly people

Cons

MSL Lead do not want to lead, but bossing. Like to see you being pushed to the limit and further, while faking empathy. Wants reports of everything you do and SMS you several times a day- beyond daily meetings. The person lack human management skills, and focus on nitty gritty details. Do not dear to confront you, but talks behind your back. I do not recommend- especially not, if you have some degree of working experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience – we take your feedback seriously. All employees deserve great leaders, and we expect our managers to inspire and support their teams. We strive to have an open feedback culture with the focus on the dialog and ideally with the designated people to retain the highest trust level in the organization. However, we no longer have an MSL Lead in the position in Stockholm. We encourage you to reach out to HR or General Manager so we can listen and address your concerns.

Pros

Ipsen continues to offer a mission‑driven environment where teams are genuinely committed to improving outcomes for patients and society, and that sense of purpose shows up in the day‑to‑day culture. Collaboration across functions is strong, and there are meaningful opportunities to contribute to strategy, development, and cross‑functional problem‑solving. We have an amazing team filled with valuable talents.

Cons

The pace of change and evolving priorities can sometimes create ambiguity, and some processes still require tighter alignment to reduce friction and improve consistency. Development pathways and communication around long‑term strategy can feel uneven depending on the team. However, Ipsen remains a place where impact, collaboration, and purpose are real strengths, with room to continue strengthening operational clarity and consistency as the organization grows, which is an achievement.

Pros

Some nice colleagues. Good perks.

Cons

High leadership turnover and lack of transparency and direction. A few toxic individuals are running the show, promoting inexperienced employees at the expense of competent ones.
