Pros
This company is great if you are looking for a part-time job as a student or even as a full-time employee. The employer is very understanding, so it's not hard to request for time-offs when needed. They also don't micro-manage employees; they allow you to learn things and make decisions on your own while still being there to support you when you need it. This company also has the best team! Very supportive of each other and easy to get along with. You'll also experience handling different clients internationally, as well as managing sales and inventory. So if you're into sales and customer service, this is a good training ground for you to grow! If you're also interested in doing tasks from other departments to learn and develop more skills, you can easily request it to help out other team members!
Cons
Not entirely a con if you have planned your schedule, but you will need to work in Eastern time, so you really need to adjust to your local time.
