      Nothing Cons as per my experience. They hire only experience, Expert and talented people. so, fresher's hard to join.

      Very good internal teams Culture is really good Does not operate like a consultancy

      It is customer based and does not sell a project, but an engineering solution, and hence there may be some uncertainty at times.
