      Pros

      People in the office were very nice and very capable.

      Cons

      Senior management. They promote a culture of micromanagement, pressure and zero regard for people's personal lives. 12 and 14 hour days are the norm with no thanks.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
