      Bad management, non existent leadership, ruthless & horrible culture, long hours: management work beyond 1am sometimes, terrible CEO and executives, directionless & rudderless company with mundane work, repetitive sales tasks.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
