Pros
The original companies owned by ION have some great products. Could still be useful for someone fresh out of colleague to get some experience on their resume.
Cons
Management buys companies and just drives them into the ground. Gets rid of all innovation and investment in the product. Fires staff or encourages attrition so every team is running so lean there is no cover or redundancy. Teams are running maintenance only and struggling to cover that. Depending on the team the work life balance is non-existent. People gate keep knowledge because it's the only thing that might stop them getting fired without notice. All pay and hiring decisions have to be personally approved by the ceo so they drag their feet with everything.
