Huge list: - mislead on gratuity payment, I had to scratch head with their finance team to get it. - cheated on salary of last month for fnf settlement. Averaged 20 working day month by counting 22 working days in month. - performance review cycle is jan-dec but pay it in april or july at their own convenience - They basically make sure how to give you least amount of money which is actually yours. - take employer contribution from your salary for PF - worked for 2 years during covid from home. no support have to use all my personal assets for growth of the company. Hence, non sympathetic management. - regional head spends all funds only on running as he likes it and don;t care what other like - Each and every party have burnt samosas and poor quality sweets - Didn't help people in covid times - favoritism culture, referrals of only favorites accepted. - people with 0 gratitude. I stayed for one week extra on request but they didn't account it and i lost good amount of buck for that week.
