      Great learning and good salary compensations

      nothing as such, it depends on the team to team you work for. Overall work env is good, and learning is great along with best compensation as compare to other companies.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
