      The collegues are very nice. The company cares about the employee's life. The work load is not heavey and you don't need to work overtime

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
