The company has realised that the focus should be on people so that they bring out best results and have started working on the same

They are still very far off from gaining the trust of the people who work very hard. Favouritism should be removed.

Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

Cons

No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
