Long hours and unrealistic expectations are the norm and often the work feels unimportant. Zero respect for work life balance (tasks required for completion over weekends or whilst on holiday), no communication from above or a sense that they listen to employee's concerns. Extreme staff turnover reflective of the above. Often good people leave without jobs to go to or leave for competitors.
