Bad communication from senior management. Virtually none whatsoever. Terrible senior management, absolutely awful. They've implemented two rounds of layoffs in less than a year, without notice or warning. In fact, employees were receiving positive news + feedback in the last month ahead of giving the axe to many long-term employees.
