      Easy going relaxed environment and good work life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of drive to innovate and improve solutions. Because of the model of buying up end of life products and just maintaining existing customers, old junk gets extended rather than improved and replaced.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
