      Management is just terrible. I think they hate people and so treat employees as strangers. Absolutely no transparency to the strategic and tactical decisions. Consistently driving the acquired companies to the ground.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
