      1) Managers are treated like gods .. seriously join at your own risk (they think that you are slave) 2) no learning opportunity 3) No good development work 4) No scope of growth 5) Weak HR 6) weak policies 7) not employee friendly. No perks

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
